What is up with this whole Guitar Queero thing? As as guitar teacher by trade, I think this is the stupidest thing I’ve heard in a long time. When I was a kid sure, I played video games and I have nothing against that. But the problem for me is that honestly, video games are a waste of time. Why would you want to play Guitar Hero when you could BE a Guitar Hero?
I spent my time practicing the guitar not fucking video games! It is a great thing to be able to play an instrument and it is somehting that you can take with you your whole life long. Guitar Hero? Now the rage is Guitar Hero Aerosmith. I just can’t understand it but it sure is a shame. All these kids wasting their time with Guitar Hero when they could be using that same time to become a Guitar hero. I love Aerosmith as much as the next guy but practicing it on Guitar Hero??? What the fuck?
It’s all because of “the shitty parent generation.” Yes folks it’s your fault for letting your kids become big fat fucking Guitar Hero slobs. You are all losers! No wonder there is no talent these days. You wonder why there are no Mozarts and Beethovens around today. They are all practicing Guitar Hero and not an actual instrument.
To be fair I have gotten a couple students because of Guitar Hero. But by far and large the kids are wasting their time… and you are a shitty parent for not thinking about how to develop your kids talents.
